Go all the way to the end of the road. You are now at MLBH. To Keahole-Kona Airport/Kailua-Kona Town - Turn right at hotel entrance on to Highway 19 - 23 miles later, Keahole-Kona Airport will be on your right. To go into Kailua-Kona Town, continue on highway 19 - 8 miles past the airport. From Hilo International Airport - You are now on Kekuanaoa street - airport access road. Turn right on to Kanoeleua street. At the first traffic signal turn left. You are now on Kamehameha Avenue. Go through the next traffic signal. Lane merges to the right and pick's up Highway 19.
