Located opposite the little train station, it forms the perfect starting point for a day of superb skiing in the vast ski areas of the Jungfrau region, or an unforgettable excursion to the Jungfraujoch "The Top of Europe." The hotel was built in 1900 for the then predominantly Brittish clientele. The turreted Victorian-style building still reflects the spirit of those days. In 1955 the hotel was bought by Mr. Alfred Krebs and completely refurbished. Millions more have been invested since, with the principal aim to enhance guest comfort. 1977 marked the opening of the Reginahaus, a chalet style building which houses nine luxurious apartments for two to six persons.
