Though the building is very old it was completely renovated in 2001 and the rooms- each different from one another- are very spacious- comfortable and equipped with all the modern comforts. Additional information- Children 1 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children age 2-12 pay Euro 30 per night.

FLR-Florence Airport - S Take the Rome-Florence A1 highway. Exit at Bettolle Valdichana. Turn right and enter Perugia-Siena motorway in the direction of Perugia. Exit at Castiglione del Lago. Turn right and head towards Cortona. Turn right for Ossaia. At the end of the road turn right towards Pergo. After 4km turn right for Villa di Piazzano (road sign). The Villa is located at the very top of the cypress tree lined road.
