From the Adriatic regions , visitors can get to Gubbio driving along the A14 motorway until Fano exit, and then following Rome direction ( 78 km ), or leaving the motorway at Cesena Nord exit, continuing on the E45 freeway until Gubbio exit and then following the main road for about 25 km.2)
From the Tyrrhenian regions ( itinerary recommended only to visitors coming from Tuscany and Liguria), after having left the A1 motorway at Valdichiana exit ( not Arezzo exit ) follow Perugia direction at the motorway ring-road and then on the E45 freeway. After having passed the city , continue on the E45 freeway following Cesena direction until Bosco exit ( 28 km ) or Umbertide-Gubbio exit ( 25 km, itinerary recommended
